Crazy Mommy Fitness Challenge

Some of you may know that I have been on Weight Watchers for about a year now, and have lost about 43 pounds. I’ve recently hit a plateau, so I’m stepping up my gym attendance, and to help me break through I’m trying out a few fitness challenges from around the web. I’m on Day 16 now, so I have no Before & After shots, nor do I even know if I’ll survive the thing, but a few people have asked what I’m doing so I thought I’d share.

*I am not a doctor or a trainer or a nutritionist or anything like that, so take this all with a grain of salt.

**Ack! All 3 of my graphics say “Days 1-10” – if you look at them, they are actually split into Days 1-10, 11-20, and 21-30. I will fix the pics (just the title parts) if I can hop on the computer later…

  3. I am on Weight Watchers and I’ve lost 40 pounds…and *I’m* on a huge plateau right now. It’s been six weeks and I’ve been exactly the same (except for losing about 0.2 pounds in there somewhere) It’s SO frustrating. I cannot wait to hear the results of your fitness challenge!! I need something to get me over this plateau hump!! –Lisa
