So, I can totally read.

First of all, Happy President’s Day! Mommy and Daddy and I are on a mini-vacation, but through internet magic, I’m posting anyway – I set this up on Friday and post-scheduled it. Now you know all my secrets.

After we went skiing on Thursday, Mommy and I hung out at Coach & Grammy Boo’s house for a while. (Mommy is more than happy to let other people entertain me, and Coach is one of my favorite people to read stories with, so it was win-win. Except for Coach, who might have wanted to take a nap.)

One of the books I leave at Coach & Grammy Boo’s house is Baby Faces – which is also one of the first books I ever owned. It’s about 5 pages long, with one word on each page and Coach has been reading it to me for about 18 months now.

Is it any wonder that now I can read it to him?

See? Harvard, here I come!

I don’t even have to tell you that Baby Faces thing is an affiliate link, right? You know the drill: each of you is now obligated to buy 12 copies (STOP! I see you clicking away – it’s too late, you already read the sentence!), and then I will become a millionaire. Or, none of you will click through at all because, really, who needs to know exactly which baby book I am referring to? I like the first plan where I get rich better, but I’m betting no one else will see that my way. Also? Even if you all really DID buy 12 copies, I’d only make, like $0.13. But then I’d totally quit blogging and do something else with my amazing ability to bend people to my will. Like become a Jedi. This disclosure might be too long.

Sorry.

  1. I just found your blog Cole, and it's very good. keep up the good work, and I'm going to make sure my two little kids, Sydney and Denny get to see your pictures. Thank you.

  2. Wow that is awesome! You are super cute 🙂

  3. Awww, so cute!!!!! (Although posting all these videos that I have to wait allllllllll day to watch is kind of mean LOL)

Since I spent all day thinking about the video I couldn't watch, I did some math. If I were to buy 12 copies of this book, Mason could have one, his Grandma could have one, the 7 other babies at daycare could have one, and I would STILL have books left over. So can do, little man! Better start working on your Jedi skillz.
