The sun did not shine. It was too wet to play. So we sat in the house all that cold, cold, wet day…Too wet to go out and too cold to play ball. So we sat in the house. We did nothing at all.

Yesterday? It SNOWED. Seriously. Okay, so there wasn’t a blizzard or anything and nothing stuck, but there were definitely big, wet flakes of snow falling when we were on our way to Music for Aardvarks. (Ummm, hello? What happened to fall? We were wearing short sleeves comfortably like 2 weeks ago and now snow? We seem to have skipped an entire season here, folks.) Usually, Max and Michele and Mommy and I go to lunch and the playground after class, but it was *definitely* too cold and wet to play outside. 🙁
So we went to Max’s house instead!
Max has an AWESOME playroom that we got to hang out in while Michele made lunch (yummy mushroom pizza!). Is it just me or are even the same old toys better at someone else’s house? Maybe it’s just having someone to play with…
Maybe it’s the fact that none of Max’s shape-sorter blocks have Henry chew marks on them.

We had an amazing time – maybe Michele and Max can come swimming at our condo pool sometime soon!
Someone else's toys are always better, Cole!! I so totally want to come play with Max's bead maze – I LOVE those things!!
How different the weather is in different places always amazes me. It's been in the 30s and 40s here for weeks and then yesterday while it was snowing there? It was in the 60s here!
Snow? We *just* started needing jackets this week, and we'll be putting them away again tomorrow.
I think someone else's toys are always better. Especially when you're trying to take them from them like my kids do. You look like you play very well with your buddy Max. Don't take any lessons from Rylie and Bryce! LOL
